1. Abstract Submission
- Abstracts must be in Word format, max 250 words, and include 3–5 keywords.
- Include title, author’s full name, qualification, designation, institution address with PIN, email, and WhatsApp number.
- Clearly mention: Objective, Methodology, Results, Conclusion.
- First name should be of the presenter. Certificate will be given to the first author only.
- Use Times New Roman, 12pt, spacing 1.5.
- Language: English. Sanskrit shlokas in Devanagari font.
- All presenters must be TAS Members.
2. PPT Submission
- Maximum 15 slides.
- Must include: Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References.
3. Important Dates
- Abstract Submission: 31 August 2025
- Acceptance Notification: 15 September 2025
- Final PPT Submission: 30 September 2025

5. Review Process
- All abstracts undergo a peer-review by the Paper Presentation Committee.
- Acceptance/rejection will be decided by the Scrutiny Committee.
- Accepted papers will be published in the souvenir and presented at the conference.
6. Presentation Format
- Papers should be original and unpublished.
- Presentation time: 5 mins + 2 min Q&A (subject to change).
- Carry original case details for verification.
7. Awards
- Winners and Runners-up in each category:
- PG Students
- Ph.D. Students
- Teachers/Practitioners
- Certificates and trophies will be awarded during the Valedictory Function.
